Forms for the grade 7 and 8 immunizations were sent home today. (Thursday, Oct 9th)
Please read and sign the tear off part and return to the school on or before October 20th. Immunizations will be done on Monday, October 27th.
You will need to sign and return the form with either a YES or NO to the immunizations.
