Spring Cake Raffle

St. Jacobs Home and School Fundraiser

 

On Thursday,March 24^th we will be holding our third annual Spring cake raffle—just in time for Easter weekend!

We invite our families to donate a cake to our raffle. Donated cakes will be on display throughout the day and students will have an opportunity to win one of the cakes.

Each student will receive 1 free raffle ticket. Additional tickets can be purchased at a cost of 25 cents each, or 5 tickets for one dollar. Ticket order forms will be sent home the week before the raffle.

Can you help us by donating a cake? Store bought cakes and cupcakes are welcome!

 

We are encouraging families to “name their cake” to make the raffle extra exciting!  For example, a cake with gummy worms on it might be named “Worm Mountain”. If you are stuck on a name, we can name your cake for you on the day of the raffle.

 

Please note:

• There are children in our school with severe nut allergies. Please refrain from using nut products in your cake or cupcakes!
• Cakes must be able to sit out all day. Please do not donate a cake that has to be refrigerated!

• Cakes must arrive at the school between 7:30 and 9:15am on Thursday, March 24^th.

 

• Containers will not be returned.

Please give your cake a name to help us identify it to the winner!

(Please return this form with your child before Wednesday, March 16^th. We will send reminder notices home closer to the cake raffle.)
