Please have your student return the order form and payment to the school by January 12th.

We are unable to do this order online because there are too many choices!  Cash or cheques made out to St. Jacobs. School must be included with the order form.  Please mark your choices very clearly and carfully and fill out your child’s name and room number on each week’s order.
